The Ploare church tower has got four bells. On the oldest bell you can read the following inscription : NOBLE ET DISCRET MESSIRE JEAN FRANCOIS JOSEPH KERZAUZON DE PENANDREFF PRETRE ET AUTRES
1755 AI NOMME PAR MONSIEUR JACQUES MATHIAS DE KERATRY CHEVALIER CHEF DE NOM ET DARMES DE LA PAROISSE DE PLOARE ET DAME JOSEPHE DU LISCOAT VEUVE DOUAIRIERE DU BRIEUX - PIERRE GOVLAIR FAB.
The other three bells were molten again in 1920. One of these three bells nicknamed « Poutouren » was molten again in 1952 and taking advantage of this, Yves KEROUREDAN, the rector had
the bell of the vestry taken down and the new bell inserted.
A new bell called « Trinity » was baptized on Sunday 24 th April 2016 and put in the big turred
above the vestry.
